1 Cup All Purpose Flour
1 Cup Water
1/2 Cup Salt
2 Teaspoons Cream of Tarter
1 Teaspoon oil
Food-grade Coloring of choice
Heat water over medium heat. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until well blended, about 1 minute. Cool before using. Store in a closed container. Will last for quite sometime.
