
The model was part of the household of my grandparents in Stuttgart, Julie and Kurt Franckh. I think my grandmother got it from her parents (Fam. Schweizer), who also lived in Stuttgart. I think it was family property for five to six generations. The model was used for Christmas cookery every year till about 1955. Best regards, Wilfried Probst. This double sided mold measures 6 6/8" x 4 3/4" x 15/16" 4 images on one side and 9 on the other.
The initials iCF are on one side. Very fine detail showing signs of great workmanship. The wood is either fruit or nut. | |
